Based on the packing pictures, product damage condition and quantity details provided by the customer, we will give appropriate compensation if the product damage is caused by us. If the damage or loss is caused by the improper operation of the logistics company or the non-standard unloading by the buyer, we will assist the buyer to solve the problem.
